My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were beautifully decorated and fitted out to a very high standard, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The staff were fantastic - so helpful and friendly, truly making my experience special. However, a minor issue was that the music at times was a bit loud for my taste.

From Barbara, the housekeeper who brightened my stay with a smile, to Anna, the reception manager who was helpful and lovely, every staff member I encountered was hospitable. However, there was a small issue with a staff member entering my room early without knocking, which was a bit surprising.
